Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Horizon Studios ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you play Spirit Trails (the "Game") or visit this website. We keep things simple: the Game has no accounts, and we do not ask you for your name, email address or any other personal details to play.
1. Information we do not collect
- We do not require you to create an account or sign in.
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
- We do not sell your personal information.
2. Information stored on your device
Your game progress (current level, best level, gems, shop items and upgrades, unlocked characters, sound settings and similar preferences) is saved locally on your device. We do not receive this data. If you uninstall the Game or clear its data, this progress may be lost.
3. Advertising
Spirit Trails is free and supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob to show banner, interstitial (full-screen) and optional rewarded ads. To provide and measure ads, AdMob and its partners may collect and use certain information from your device, such as:
- your advertising identifier (for example Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA, where available);
- IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- device type, operating system and app version;
- ad interactions, diagnostics and performance data.
Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), the Game shows a consent form before ads are personalized, and you can review or change your choice later from the settings screen. You can also limit ad personalization in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and Apple Advertising). To learn how Google uses data from apps that use its services, visit policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
4. Notifications
If the Game offers reminder notifications, they are created locally on your device and do not require us to collect any information. You can turn them off at any time in your device settings.
5. Fonts and third-party services
The Game and this website may load fonts from Google Fonts. When a font is requested, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address. The app stores and platforms you download the Game from (Google Play and the Apple App Store) have their own privacy practices that we do not control.
6. Website
This website is a simple information page. We do not use accounts or cookies for tracking. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
7. Children
Spirit Trails is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it. Ads shown to users who are known to be minors are handled according to the applicable ad settings and the policies of Google AdMob.
8. Data retention and security
Because we do not collect personal data ourselves, we have nothing to retain on our servers. Data held by third-party partners such as Google is subject to their own retention policies. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we handle, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data, such as access, correction, deletion or objection to processing. Since we do not hold personal data about you, most requests are best directed to the relevant ad partner or your device settings. You can always reset your advertising ID, opt out of personalized ads, or uninstall the Game to remove locally stored data. You are welcome to contact us with any question.
10. International users
Our partners may process information in countries other than your own. By using the Game you understand that your information may be handled in those countries under their laws and the safeguards our partners provide.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
